So our email server is VERY old and has needed to be replaced for a few years now.  It's running postfix, dovecot, and mailman with Squirrelmail as the web UI.
I have lost my Linux admin and we are having a very hard time recruiting any good talent that meets the skill set we desire for Linux.  So opinions the group are desired.  We have about 250 "accounts" running about 40 various mailing list.  Most employees are mobile, ie meaning that they check email at shared computers throughout the day.  Since we are healthcare we have encryption requirements, currently all inbound and outbound emails go though mxlogic, or mcafee to be scrubbed, and encrypted if needed.  I've looked at hosted Exchange and gmail, but the price/user gets rather expensive when you add on all the features we need, not to mention email has been "free" for all these years.

What is the group recommending?
Chris
