from the blood donor lines to do triage so they will probably depend on blood from outside of NYC for this. I've not heard anything yet about local efforts to collect blood for the injured. Since these were all office building targets I'm ass-uming that nobody has been rendered homeless by this, and we probably don't need to send in the sorts of things that would normally be asked for when homes are hit.
