You're invited to the 2nd monthly TA3M meeting in Durham! TA3M (Techno-Activism Third 
Mondays) is an informal meetup designed to connect software creators and activists 
who are interested in censorship, surveillance, and open technology. Currently, TA3M 
are held in 9 cities throughout the world, with many more launching in the near the 
future. 

Time: Monday July 15th from 7pm 'till 9pm. 

Location: Splat Space [1], 331 W. Main Street in Downtown Durham [2]

**Program:** Micah Lee [3] from the EFF [4] and Freedom of the Press Foundation [5] 
wrote a great article a few days ago: Encryption Works: How to Protect Your Privacy 
in the Age of NSA Surveillance [6]. Let's meet and discuss it! Also, there will be a 
presentation on Tor [7]: what it is and how to use it, including demos of the Tor 
Browser Bundle [8] and Tails [9].
