[TriLUG] chronically losing my route to trilug.org

For the past year or two 'something' has been cutting me off from
trilug.org such that I get a timeout trying to browse the web site. Up
to today rebooting my DSL modem fixed this for another random number of
weeks, but today it didn't. Here's what "traceroute trilug.org" gives
me. Is there another scheme for getting determining what's going wrong?
Any idea where I should point my finger? Any discussion of (I assume
either AT&T or Netgear DGN1000-specific) problems I could go read?
Thanks,
Pete
