[TriLUG] Trouble with NTFS partition on Linux

Count me in on this.  Not noticed the unusual block size on a dir issue
but I have had rsync problems before with NTFS targets with no luck.
Honestly I have no good reason that that external drive is formatted
with NTFS other than the fact I have no place to put what is on there
right now to redo it.

Yeah so no answer but I have seen the rsync behavior as well with an
ntfs target using rsync and ntfs-3g.  Incidentally it happened to me in
a FreeBSD implementation, not Linux.
