[TriLUG] OT Ethernet over Powerline

If I were going to use Powerline Ethernet, I'd absolutely make sure
it's protected by WPA the same way my Wifi is. Most people have
electrical outlets on the outside of their house, and I would think
there might be some sort of leakage even if someone doesn't plug in.
