[TriLUG] Running QuickBooks in Virtual Box

I had my bookkeeper use GnuCash. She didn't like it. Kept saying we should
use QB. Never was able to present a business case or any missing features
(other than there is invoicing from QB but I didn't investigate that from
Gnucash, so GnuCash *might* have something there, but it wasn't a feature
we needed.).. In fact, it was just user familiarity. I see the same thing
constantly in the Android versus iPad crowds. (iPhone users think its the
best and Android users think iPad is ridiculous)

I think there's a good business case for a bookkeeper who uses GnuCash:
become preferred provider to "everyone else". I didn't want to use QB again
because I simply didn't want the headache of installs and license issues;
and I want to be able to get to my records in perpetuity without hassle or
future licensing fees.

Thanks,
Tim
