[TriLUG] LUG website with Drupal?

Hi all,

After a discussion of changing GoLUG's website, I noticed TriLUG's
website was made with Drupal. How has that worked out for you?

* How do you back it up?
* How many TriLUGgers know enough Drupal to maintain it?
* How many TriLUGgers know enough Drupal to troubleshoot problems?
* Who maintains rights to post? 
* Are there others who could step in if the rights person goes away?
