[TriLUG] Thanks, Scott

This is a thank you to Scott Hall and his helpers who created a 
TriLUG/SplatSpace/TriEmbed presence at this past Saturday's Raleigh 
Hamfest. There are now 34 more TriEmbed list subscribers and many more 
people aware of the Linux and Makerspace activities in the area.

Scott knocked himself out to do this without any formal charter that I'm 
aware of and deserves recognition as one of those folks who just makes 
things happen in this area's community.
