I was searching for gaffers tape, and ran across this item.... now remember I
grew up in the UNIX commandline world (still there in Linux):

5 Meter x Unixtar 3 Channel Flexible Cable Protect Cover Sleeve Cavity DB3T C | eBay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-Meter-x-UNIXTAR-3-Channel-Flexible-Cable-Protect-Cover-Sleeve-Cavity-DB3T-C-/130970925098?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e7e79b82a

What I want to know is, what does UNIX's tar command have to do with flexible
wiring protectors?

And knowing historically "tar" was short for "tape archive" (yes, pre-floppy
even), why hasn't POSIX renamed the command "far" for "file archive"?
