[TriLUG] Cron weirdness

/etc/cron.d/example does not exist prior to Puppet installing it. I'll have
to check what the timestamp is of when it does get installed, but I imagine
it's the same as example-foo-bar. Neither file is a symlink.

I like the idea of Puppet reloading the cron service. That seems nice and
clean. I'll go with that solution. Would still love to know why this is
happening and/or if anyone else encountered this, but at least I have a
reasonable solution.
