[TriLUG] tengine: an nginx fork

This is an interesting fork of nginx made by Taobao, the "largest
e-commerce website in Asia." Think about the scale of that for a moment.

I don't have any experience with it, but since so many people are using
nginx these days, I thought there might be some interest. They claim that
tengine is 100% compatible with nginx, with the addition of some compelling
features.
