[TriLUG] VPN from NCSU guest wireless

I contacted the NCSU help desk to inquire about this.

The responses this morning:

at 0932: our security group is evaluating this request. We do not allow
that port at this time.

at 1035: Security and Compliance has approved udp port 1194 to be added
to the guest wireless. please let us know if you have any problems.

I let them know the next meeting is Oct 9 and I'd test it out then. Many
thanks to our gracious hosts!
