That's right.  The bushing is inside the worm/motor assembly, filling the gap between the motor's 6mm shaft and the worm's 6.5mm bore.

The bot does control X/Y as well.  I'll put together a series of photos Real Soon Now (TM) that highlight all the parts and some of my future plans as well.

neat. I take it the bushing you wanted fixed is at 53secs (the Z-axis presumably), although I can't see it (not surprising for a bushing).

Is your bot controlling the X,Y too?
