[TriLUG] Android upgrade clues requested.

My Google-fu is weak on this one so I decided to turn to this group for 
a pointer in the right direction.

I have a Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX (not HD) on which I want to install 
either Jelly Bean 4.3 or Kit Kat. Motorola isn't officially supporting 
anything higher than Jelly Bean 4.1 on the device, so my only option is 
a manual update, and I'm trying to find information on how to do this.

The reason is that I'm one of the people who pre-ordered Coin, who 
listed my phone as a compatible model, but it turns out to only be so if 
running at least 4.3.
