While we're discussing vehicles, about 4 months ago I got a used
Electra Townie. Here's a picture of an identical vehicle:

The aerodynamics and riding position preclude speed, but it's
comfortable as hell, so if you're not commuting more than 10 miles each
way, it's something to consider. I love this thing, and it's greatly
reduced the use of my Jeep.
