One write per day is too conservative. Think about all the log files, etc.
that the system writes. However, once again, I wouldn't worry about it.
Swap is so slow, orders of magnitude slower than RAM, that even if you give
it a 3x boost by putting it on the SSD it will still freeze your machine.
Take a look at this: http://i.imgur.com/X1Hi1.gif. Make sure to zoom in at
the top to see latencies other than a hard drive.
