[TriLUG] mailman hosting with private searchable archives?

thanks alan & aaron for the suggestions!

aaron, based on previous experience with a proprietary solution, we'd like 
something with more in-house control / migratability, so google groups 
isn't ideal (although it's worth considering if all else fails).

alan, having worked in a datacenter hosting environment in a previous 
life, i have _zero_ desire to be on the hook for hosting services ever 
again. ;)  however, it turns out there's a local hosting firm (EM Web 
Design out of winston salem) that will offer us a managed instance with 
cpanel, mailman, and htdig - we would need to do the integration patching 
and manage the lists ourselves, but hopefully that's close enough to 
"hosted" for our IT team...
