[TriLUG] TWC raises modem rental - again

Not the person who said it but I wouldn't.  TWC operates like big auto and warranties.  Although you would think it is in their interest to be helpful when it comes to costumer service what ends up happening is any excuse to pass the buck off as you the customers problem and liability they will do.  Then you have the fight to try to prove you are innocent.

The savings isn't worth it.  I just always get the most basic modem they have and never let them try to upsell me the one with wifi or other crud.
