If you are using CentOS 7, installing EPEL is just: yum install epel-release then you can do the yum search xfce... I don't think lxde is part of EPEL. A nice list of EPEL packages can be found at: http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/repoview/ -Lee
