[TriLUG] Google Fiber

I made it to customer retention this time. I have cable through TWC,
so they wouldn't talk to me about faster Internet without also asking
about my cable package. In the end, going to 30/5 only increased my
monthly price by ~$2, so I'm declaring this a win.
