Sorry to hijack the thread... but one more... I was trying to verify the
claim that restaurants can (or will) charge for bad reviews.  Several cases
listed in this message.  It seems that is included in the "Terms of
Service" - strange, considering I would think that for a restaurant you
would have to agree to them first.
