[TriLUG] Ugh... More DNS questions

The configuration page at dns.he.net displays SOA and NS records, along 
with my A and CNAME records that I set up.  However, it does not appear 
to be actually responding to anyone with that info.  Perhaps a screen 
shot will help:

According to Hurricane Electric support folks, "The servers will not 
respond to requests for that domain until it is properly delegated - 
this is a security precaution for our customers."  So that's why it 
doesn't answer...but I don't understand why it still thinks delegation 
isn't done.
