[TriLUG] Front End for PostgreSQL

With Lotus Approach I create a table with say a dozen fields.
I then can make a simple form with text fields, etc. to begin data entry.   I save the newly created forms -- has tabs similiar to a spreadsheet for different forms or reports.
Next, I create another table that will be linked (one to many) to the first table.
Now on the very first table and the accompanying forms I can easily drop in text fields from both tables.
With just a short tutorial the user can move the fields around, change the colors and fonts, make reports, etc.
Not one line of code has to be written.

Thats what I want.  I'm currently running Lotus Approach in WINE and also in a WinXP virtual.
I'd like a 100% Linux and nothing Web-based.
