[TriLUG] Front End for PostgreSQL

I concur with the LibreOffice Base recommendations. It is very capable and
on par with MS Access (better than MS Access it some ways). You can also
connect and control a MySQL db with Base. I have used Base heavily for the
last several years. I can certainly vouch for it as a good tool.
