[TriLUG] OT: looking for busted/unused small LCD screen device, eg cell phone

I will be using a microscope to show a classroom of kids that you can make the 
color white with r,g and b subcells. I need something like a cell phone that 
has at least one white pixel showing (doesn't need a working battery, can run 
under the charger).

Does anyone have such a device sitting in a box somewhere?
