[TriLUG] Instructional Video Capture Software

Hi Folks,
For video editing, I've had good experiences with openshot.  The 1.4.3
version on Ubuntu16.04 is pretty stable and the 2.0.7 beta has some added
functionality, if you need it.  Not quite as stable though
