That only indicates that the mail client hasn't been configured with a 
real name for the sender.  There seem to be at least a couple of fairly 
regular posters to this list with that issue.

In the old days these types of messages would just show as being from 
the original sender's email address. Unfortunately when mailman scrubs 
the originating address it doesn't do the same. Hopefully this is 
something that can be improved with updating the list software, which is 
something that I'm hoping to get to soon.

A number of supposedly country-specific top-level domains are available 
for use by anybody. And here the relevant domain is another level down, 
so the .es domain doesn't really mean anything.

The address that sent the original message is subscribed to this list, 
and has been for longer than mailman's subscribe logs go. He also 
contributed to recent thread about namecheap fees, and that message came 
from the same mail server.  There's also an account on pilot which I'd 
guess (based only on info from the original message and publicly 
available on pilot) is the same person, so it does seem to have been 
from a TriLUG member.
