If you stop and think about it, they're very likely going to be limited
to finding that which they're of an age to know enough about to find.

To put it another way, if they're old enough to know to search for
"boobies" then they obviously already know about "boobies" and probably
know enough to get around any parental controls.

The likelihood that they will stumble onto "bad" content by mistake is
pretty low.
