This is a full time perm direct hire role. 

Salary is MAX $70K. 

Make sure candidates have great attitude and that they have both front end and back end experience. 

In their role they will be working as a front end (50%) and back end (50%).

Software Developer

SUMMARY
Responsible for the software application development and maintenance in
a horizontally and vertically scaled environment. The Software Developer
will develop effective information technology capabilities by developing
processes and systems that increase productivity and efficiency.  High
levels of knowledge and experience in open source and commercial
products in the area of content management systems (CMS), customer
relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and
other solutions in a virtualization and cloud computing environment.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Effectively manage and maintain existing open source, SaaS, and
commercial online application services.
2. Develop and implement online applications that meet organization
objectives using open source and commercial application delivery
solutions.
3. Provide input on project management through participation in planning
meetings, development of project documentation, including process flow,
data flow diagrams, unit testing documentation, system test processing
documents, implementation requirements documents, application
integration.
4. Ensure that current standard application design and development
practices are followed, deliverables and requirements are met and the
accuracy and integrity of organizational data is maintained.
5. Provide timely, effective level II customer support and technical
assistance for all in house applications to the Partnership Engagement
Team within organization
6. Determines software objectives by studying business functions,
gathering information, and evaluating data flow and formulates systems
to parallel overall business strategies.
7. Maintains and prepares all system documentation, including code
comments, system specifications, technical documentation, user
documentation, process and user notes in compliance with legal and
regulatory authorities and records management best practices.

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology
related field, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university;
AND 3 - 5 years of combined experience in application development
related to CRM, CMS, and ERP solutions in an open source environment.
Experience developing in PHP.
Experience using AJAX, JQuery, JSON, CSS and HTML.
Experience using RESTful web services.
Experience developing with Microsoft SQL and MySQL.
Experience in UI development.
Expose to SharePoint.
Expose to Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP, VB.
