[TriLUG] Survey creating site thingies

I'm using Nextcloud. One of the optional apps is a forms module. Customizable form. Results in CSV file.


You can setup a nextcloud server at home. Use one of the dynamic DNS servers to make it externally accessible. I am running on an old PC. Already have internet access. Only costs are time and if you want to pay for a DDNS service.
