responsibility for receiving and resolving support requests via email and
telephone. There will also be opportunities to do scripting and to assist
the QA/testing team.<BR><BR>To be successful in this position, your
qualifications must include:<BR>- a strong desire to work in a help desk
environment (mostly supporting resellers and not end-users)<BR>- excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal<BR>- strong organizational skills,
including the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks<BR>- a BS in Computer
Science/related field or equivalent work experience <BR>- At least 1 year of
Linux and/or Windows Administration experience </FONT></DIV>
