The nice thing about setting up ssh cvs access is that
it is just like setting up local access.  All you need to
do is add this variable to your environment:

CVS_RSH=ssh

Then, you refer to the repository using the username.a.t.host:/path
convention (i.e. lovelace.a.t.fatalpha.trilug.org:/path/to/cvs).

No extra configuration (besides having ssh setup) needed. :-)
