Speaker Bio

Craig Cook – Senior Unix Administrator at Carquest and NC*SA Chair.  Enterprise monitoring is critical for System Administrators.   I started using
Big Brother in 1995 after getting calls like “I can't save a file to the share drive”, “I can't send email”.   Big Brother let me
know about system issues as or before they happened.   I was the maintainer of LARRD, the graphing engine used by the “better than free”
version of Big Brother.   Also contributed over 40 scripts to the Big Brother community including a highly downloaded “How to install
and configure Big Brother guide”.
