SAGE's position on outsourcing is...interesting.

I was a member for a while, paid for by my employer.  Login was the best
thing I got out of it, and after a while I decided it was an awfully
expensive way to get a magazine even if it wasn't my money, so I didn't
pass the renewal on.

The certification program was a bit of a turn off, too.
