There was a reason I couldn't/didn't want the boot CD image... Oh yeah,
there was no official stable release for the boot image, and the various
unofficial ones were inaccessible or too slow to download.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooodon't give me more stuff to download!

Actually, I'll probably order one of their free CDs because, well, it's
free.
