 I've considered that, too. The decision I reached was that NC*SA should
continue as long as there are people to make the talks happen, and people to
attend them. If I decide NC*SA is no longer viable, I'll just leave it to
those who don't agree with me.
 It might be that NC*SA is just in need of a strong infusion of newer, less
busy blood. There's a lot I'd like to try to do for NC*SA that I just don't
have time to do. One of those things is go find the new system
administrators who have just been handed a job they don't really know how to
do yet and bring them in.
 I don't think for a second 501c3 will have any impact on apathy. My present
understanding is that 501c3 will resolve our legal status as an
organization.
