In addition to the URL:

It is located at the other side of the bridge across HW147. About the 
same distance
as you drive from the bridge to the RTI, you make right turn at the end 
of the ramp
and pass one signal in front of GSK, MCNC is on your right.

Their triangle white logo is sitting on the side of the Cornwallis Drive to
attract  eyes. If you reached the signal at Alexandra
drive, you have just passed it. Again on your right hand side.
