Yes but that problem is not limited to a vmware image, it's a problem no 
matter what network monitoring solution you use.  If you would use our 
CommandCenter NOC as an ISO install vs a VMware image you still have to 
worry about hardware failure.  Our software actually has a monitoring 
daemon that monitors the software internally and can restart services if 
necessary.  But if you used any of our competitors, you would still have 
the same problem of the underlying hardware failing.
