[NCSA-discuss] food at NCSA meetings

When NCSA meetings were at 6pm (or thereabouts) we provided 
food (pizza and soda) because people couldn't easily eat 
between leaving work and arriving at the meeting. With the 
meetings now at 7pm, I've already eaten and it would be fine 
with me not to spend sponsorship money on food.
