The articles were written against the old requirements, which did
require such a thing. So as written, the articles require state
residency for membership.

I could pay a lawyer to re-write things, but I've not got the cash,
and neither does trilug - unless y'all don't mind loosing pizza money
for a long time. Re-writing the articles would eat up the current
treasury, and then comes the additional expense of filing them.

And I figure y'all can live with some quirks in the AoI, and have
pizza, until I/we can afford to change things.
