[TriLUG] wxWindows anyone?

Hi,

I will be involved in a project (hopefully) that involves Windows (I know, 
but it pays bills).

Wanting to do the impossible, I was thinking on using wxWindows widget 
libraries (www.wxwindows.org) , develop on Linux  and send the code to be 
compiled by the hiring company.

This way I plan to:

-avoid Installing Windows
-do not expend $$$ in a Win-C++ IDE
-avoid down time (BSOD)
-make the product "Linux Ready"

Anyone has done it before?

Any one uses wxWindows?

Anyone uses wxWindows with an IDE? Which one?

anyone uses wxWindows with Kdevelop?
