Road runner offers dial up ok.  Unfortunately, they limit you to 10
hours per month without additional fee.  So, I'd be inclined to look at
Earthlink if that same limitation were not imposed.

It's a little known fact that Road Runner actually offers dialup as 
well, however I personally am partial to EarthLink. There is a list of 
access numbers buried somewhere on twc-nc.com, my friend has the link, 
if I can dig it up I'll share it with the list.

Again though, Earthlink provides a more flexible contract and a slightly

cheaper pricing model.
