[TriLUG] RR problems relaying mail

Following advice provided earlier, I've setup my mail server
to use RRs SMTP server to relay mail for certain domains that
are rejecting mail from residential addresses. My transport file
looks like this:

rr.com smtp:[smtp-server.nc.rr.com]
*.rr.com smtp:[smtp-server.nc.rr.com]
aol.com smtp:[smtp-server.nc.rr.com]
compuserve.com smtp:[smtp-server.nc.rr.com]
otherdomain.com smtp:[smtp-server.nc.rr.com]

My problem is this - I seem to be able to deliver mail to everyone
_except_ rr.com mail addresses.

Here's a mail-log entry from my test domain that worked correctly:
   Aug 21 09:04:02 christophermerrill postfix/smtp[5451]: A03EC73D7F: to=<me at other
   domain.com>, relay=smtp-server.nc.rr.com[24.93.67.206], delay=1, status=
sent (250 2.0.0 h7LCrC4P026590 Message accepted for delivery)

Here's the entry from an RR address:
   Aug 21 09:04:02 christophermerrill postfix/smtp[5452]: BC68C73D80: to=<me@
   nc.rr.com>, relay=ncmx01.mgw.rr.com[24.25.4.95], delay=1, status=bounced (host n
   cmx01.mgw.rr.com[24.25.4.95] said: 550 5.7.1 Mail Refused - rr.com_Residential_R
   ange - See http://security.rr.com/residential.htm)

Why is the "relay" parameter different between the two messages?
(smtp-server.nc.rr.com for the address that works vs. ncmx01.mgw.rr.com
for the RR address that does not)

Does this indicate that my transport file is not correct?

TIA,
Chris
