[TriLUG] GConf-Editor (was Redhat 9 / Gnome / Nautilus Question)

Does gconf-editor allow you to edit/modify the start menu? I have some icons
I want to move around. I hate the "Other Games" in the "Games" folder for
example. Just want them all in one.
