I've generally found that either 11:30am or after 12:45 works better
for CF.  Between about 12 and 12:45 it fills up quite a bit and there
are generally long lines at the grill.  It's still not generally too
bad, but just something to think about.  So, in that case, I'd suggest
1pm, but really, any time would probably work.

One thing that can help, btw, is if you have some idea of how many people
are coming, that helps.  There are a couple of tables in the back that
will seat 10-15 (iirc) and some other tables that will seat 8-10.  If
you have an idea of how many people are coming you can request those
tables when you get there.
