I just used SimpleURL.com but their DNS update page is awful as is the 
support.

All I want to do is use my domain name as a dynamic dns pointer like I've 
used dyndns.org in the past.  Yet I was told this was support but they 
don't know what protocol to use etc...  Manual updates to the dns record 
take hours to update if ever. (only 1 out of 5 has worked)
