You know, it's pretty sad when you can find the "Support"
section but even though right next to the support link
it says "Wiki"!  Come on, how hard is it to look at the entire
web page before sending an e-mail complaining about it?
Now, I realize that many people don't like to be told to RTFM
but good grief, there has to be some responsibility here!
