[TriLUG] Proposal for TriLUG List

The one problem with this, of course, is that it doesn't solve the original
problem. Unless everybody universally agrees to post their OT material to
that list, then the issue remains. Will the amount of chaff on this list be
reduced? Probably. However we now open up a new can of worms when people
post OT material to this list, and the complaints start rolling about how
there's an OT list now, and we should all be posting to that list, etc.
Thanks, but no thanks. I have enough lists to manage, thankyouverymuch.
