[TriLUG] OT: Google datacenter in NC

The State of NC put some heavy incentives in the package to sweeten the 
deal. One of those incentives was to exempt Google from having to pay 
any property taxes for the next 30 years. This deal is also to serve as 
a draw for more business/industry in the area. Though Lenoir is 
"un-geeky" it is nice country up there.
